We are looking for a Principal Product Manager- Ecosystem Growth to join our team

This role will lead our ecosystem strategy—building, scaling, and nurturing the developer, partner, and customer communities. The role will be at the forefront of shaping how enterprises adopt agents and AI platforms, working on questions that will define the next decade of technology.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of product management experience, with significant time spent on platforms, ecosystems, or developer products.
  • 5+ years of product or business strategy experience.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience building and scaling platform ecosystems that attract and retain top developers and partners.
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML, developer platforms, or enterprise software markets.

Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the ecosystem strategy for our platform, identifying where developers, partners, and enterprises create the most value.
  • Translate frontier questions into product and partnership strategies, including:
    • What are the components of a healthy, frontier ecosystem in the age of AI and agents?
    • How do we measure platform health beyond evaluation sets and unit tests—what market signals tell us that agents have become essential in the enterprise?
    • Beyond market leaders and disruptors, which brands must be in our ecosystem, and what strategies will bring them in?
  • Partner closely with engineering and research to ensure our platform empowers developers and partners to build high-value, differentiated solutions.
  • Establish metrics for ecosystem health, adoption, and growth.
  • Build compelling narratives and communication strategies that inspire internal and external stakeholders.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to leadership, anticipating market shifts and guiding ecosystem investments accordingly.
