We have an experienced engineering team in Prague that has been building beautiful, full-stack experiences that delight users while delivering exceptional performance and rock-solid reliability. As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of passionate engineers, shape technical strategy and drive innovation to ensure every interaction in Microsoft Teams feel seamless, responsive, and trustworthy while fostering a culture of inclusion and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • Management experience in software engineering.
  • Strong technical background in large-scale full-stack applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Experience with React, Typescript/Javascript, FluentUI.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
  • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
