In this Senior Technical Program Manager role, you’ll lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction and solution adoption, collaborating across teams to solve challenges and deliver results. You’ll gain cross-functional leadership experience, deepen your knowledge of customer engagement, and build data-driven decision-making skills.

This role requires proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Mandarin as you will be have significant interaction with the Asia-Pacific (APAC) Field and Subsidiary team, focusing on managing large strategic customers within the Chinese time zone.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of proficiency managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
  • Proficiency in written, reading, and conversational Mandarin

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development
    • OR equivalent experience.
  • 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.

Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs and challenges are translated into actionable product and program requirements, and manage escalations effectively to maintain customer trust and prevent churn.
  • Build strong relationships with field teams and customers to drive adoption and satisfaction.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that improve customer experience and unblock capacity or resiliency challenges.
  • Define and operationalize frameworks (e.g., capacity prioritization, health tracking) to guide decision-making and execution across multiple teams.
  • Use data to identify gaps, measure success, and drive clarity in ambiguous situations.
  • Establish and track Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business goals and customer outcomes.
  • Partner with engineering, product, and field leadership to align on priorities and deliver end-to-end solutions.
  • Influence senior stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
  • Anticipate and address technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle.
