The Azure Networking team is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to work on unique and highly visible cloud services that will shape the future of Azure's network offerings. You will be responsible for driving customer scenarios, creating requirements, identifying business improvements, partnering with engineering teams to align priorities and dependencies, and ensure that end-to-end scenarios come together to realize strong customer and business value. You will be expected to build in-depth relationships with customers and partners in order to create long-lasting value for the product and the customer/partner.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development.
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 4+ years’ experience in network security, including managing vulnerabilities and patches, in a large-scale computing environment.
- 4+ years’ experience performing complex program management, including managing requirements from multiple stakeholders.
Other Qualifications:
-  Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: - Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
 
Preferred Qualifications:
-  Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years' experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development. - OR equivalent experience. 
 
- 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos.) 
- Deep networking experience and understanding of network technologies. 
- Demonstrated leadership and strong cross-team skills. 
- Ability to analyze complex problems to determine best course of action. 
- Ability to successfully influence without authority and manage efforts through relationships. Ability to inspire leadership and trust across teams and organizations. 
Technical Program Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.

Responsibilities
- Adapt to evolving priorities and drive continuous improvements across complex technical projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication across organizations.
- Independently manage multiple priorities, deliver on roadmaps, and oversee governance programs for feature groups.
- Manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships, defining success criteria and ensuring effective implementation across disciplines.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate security capabilities, ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle, and address audit requirements for Azure Networking.
- Apply technical and analytical expertise to design solutions, champion automation, leverage data-driven decisions, and advocate for customer needs in security.
- Utilize broad expertise in security compliance, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and technical program management to drive successful outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
