Do you love turning complex customer processes into simple, AI‑powered experiences? As an AI Business Solution Engineer (Power Platform) in AI Business Solutions, you’ll architect and showcase solutions built on Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse. You’ll drive the technical engagement end‑to‑end—shaping use cases, building compelling demos, running workshops/POCs, and establishing the governance, ALM, security, and adoption patterns that let customers scale with confidence.

You’ll lead the technical side of engagements, from initial conversations and demos to workshops and proof-of-concepts. Your goal is to help customers understand what’s possible, remove roadblocks, and guide them toward successful adoption of modern, AI-powered solutions.

Responsibilities

Impact & Responsibilities

  • Customer engagement: Lead end‑to‑end technical presales: discovery, architecture whiteboards, scenario‑led demos, hands‑on workshops, and success‑criteria‑driven POCs.
    Translate business problems (manual workflows, complex processes, long case handling) into low‑code + AI patterns with clear KPI impact (e.g., AHT↓, CSAT↑, FTR↑, revenue acceleration).
    Solution design & build (demos/POCs)
  • Build compelling assets using Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven), Power Automate (cloud flows, Process Mining where relevant), and Dataverse; integrate with M365 and line‑of‑business systems via connectors/custom connectors.
  • Design agentic experiences with Copilot Studio (topics/skills, actions, plugins) grounded in enterprise data; orchestrate secure execution and evaluation loops.
  • AI & agentic excellence: Explain and apply AI patterns (prompting, grounding/RAG, tool/action invocation, evaluation & safety).
  • Demonstrate Copilot extensibility and agent handoff into business workflows; advise on Responsible AI practices in customer engagements.
  • Governance & scale: Land Power Platform COE practices: environment strategy, DLP, security roles, solution layering, monitoring/telemetry.
  • Map licensing and TCO/ROI to business outcomes; proactively de‑risk adoption and remove blockers with Sales, Customer Success, Partners/ISVs, and Engineering.
  • Community & reuse: Harvest repeatable assets (demos, accelerators, how‑to’s), coach peers, and contribute to AI Business Solutions communities.


Qualifications
  • Extensive background in technical presales/solution engineering/architecture for business apps.
  • Solid hands‑on proficiency with Power Platform: Power Apps (canvas/model‑driven), Power Automate (cloud flows), Dataverse; proven demo/POC delivery.
  • Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service/Contact Center, Field Service) and/or M365 data/app surfaces.
  • Strong customer engagement skills: discovery, whiteboarding, storytelling, executive communication, objection handling.
  • Working knowledge of low‑code governance/security (environments, DLP, roles, ALM/solution layering).
