Microsoft is seeking a motivated and skilled Business Program Specialist & Security Operations to support key business initiatives while helping safeguard our Swedish subsidiary through structured protective‑security processes. Responsibilities
- Support daily protective security operations, including SUA administration and staff vetting.
- Conduct regular compliance checks and audits to ensure alignment with Swedish security requirements.
- Track and evaluate program performance using metrics such as OKRs, KPIs, SLAs, and ROI.
- Use data and insights to identify risks, improvement areas, and optimization opportunities.
- Support project planning across multiple programs, including timelines, milestones, and documentation.
- Collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Design, Supply Chain, Security, and other teams to ensure alignment.
- Assist with managing scope, risks, schedules, and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to change‑management activities, including communications and stakeholder engagement.
- Create and maintain program collateral such as strategy decks, reports, and updates.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve operations across business and security programs.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Finance, Security Studies, or a related field and a few years of experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR equivalent practical experience.
- Professional working proficiency in Swedish and English.
- Proven ability to coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives forward.
Preferred- Experience with protective security, compliance monitoring, or Swedish security legislation.
- Familiarity with SUA (protective security agreements) and/or vetting processes.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in complex, fast‑paced environments.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using data to drive decision‑making.
