Overview

Drive the adoption of Microsoft’s AI-powered productivity and collaboration solutions—including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Virtualization—by leading strategic solution sales across high‑value customers. You’ll engage senior decision-makers, identify growth opportunities, and accelerate deals using AI‑driven insights and market intelligence.

In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver AI and cloud transformation solutions, aligning Microsoft technologies with customer business priorities. You will shape sales strategy, optimize pipeline performance with AI-powered forecasting tools, and build trusted partnerships to drive secure, scalable, and long-term customer success.



Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Leads the sales strategy tailored to each customer’s security priorities.
  • Showcases Microsoft’s commitment to secure, AI‑powered transformation aligned to the customer success plan.
  • Addresses customer-specific needs and fosters long-term partnerships using AI-driven insights.
  • Leads partner teams and resources to activate co‑selling strategies and drive partner attach throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Builds strong partner organization connections (e.g., GPS) to ensure shared gains, partner health, and alignment with execution plans for scalable customer value realization.
  • Assesses and qualifies opportunities using sales frameworks and AI-enhanced methodologies.
  • Leads strategy development for driving and closing complex, high‑value opportunities.
  • Partners across ATU, CSU, ISD, GPS to orchestrate deals and ensure seamless handoffs.
  • Advances best practices to build customer trust, secure deals, and mitigate risks across the market.

Sales & Pipeline Management

  • Strategically analyzes business and emerging opportunities to enhance the customer portfolio and drive innovation.
  • Integrates technologies (AI sales agents, automation, Power Platform) to accelerate growth.
  • Uses propensity, renewal, consumption, and usage data to refine and execute sales strategy.
  • Manages partner optimization and ensures seamless transitions with GPS, CSU, ISD, and other teams throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Leads sales pipeline reviews with senior internal stakeholders to improve forecasting accuracy using AI-driven analytics.
  • Coaches others on maintaining sales and consumption pipeline hygiene to support accurate tracking and achievement of targets.
  • Actively monitors adoption trends, identifies intervention opportunities, and drives expansion and healthier renewals.

Sales Strategy

  • Leads collaboration on whitespace analysis and leverages AI-driven market intelligence to identify and capitalize on opportunities.
  • Integrates market insights to inform and evolve team strategy aligned with market trends.
  • Leads engagement with senior stakeholders and decision makers for high‑value customers to accelerate opportunities.
  • Serves as a key point of contact and strategic partner to internal senior stakeholders across organizations.
  • Aligns customer AI transformation vision with business priorities and success objectives.
  • Ensures integration of security principles in customer engagements, opportunities, and pursuits.
  • Synthesizes evaluation of solution areas and market trends to align sales plays with customer outcomes using predictive analytics.
  • Drives cross-functional collaboration to propose and prioritize solutions supporting customer business objectives.
  • Identifies and addresses gaps to set direction for market engagement and execution.
  • Leads cross‑organizational partnerships to develop AI‑ and cloud‑driven transformation solutions for existing and new customers.
  • Crafts and refines strategies to differentiate Microsoft’s offerings in competitive environments.
  • Acts as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor, driving adoption of technologies that support customers’ strategic goals and digital transformation.


Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Information Security, or related field AND extensive years experience in technology-related sales or account management or solution sales.
