We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Office Engineering Systems team to lead the product roadmap for Security Experience that drives some of the largest productivity applications in the world. If you are passionate about solving complex issues when you design for scalability, then this job is for you.
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid technical background and analytical skills, with the ability to work directly with both customer and engineering teams across the company. You should be able to formulate a vision and strategic plan whilst creating clarity in requirements, demonstrating customer-obsession with a growth mindset. You should be comfortable talking about technical components, understand development cycles but at the same time hold onto the business need and impact. Excellent collaboration, communication and coordination skills are necessary for this role. Understanding of platforms, Supply chain Security & Compliance, and build systems is a plus.

- Have a hands-on approach to writing developer specs and perform design reviews.
- Create clarity in requirements, embrace agility, fend off scope creep, confirm development approaches and timelines, and support the team to build and deliver high quality and secure solutions on time.
- Promote hypothesis-driven product development and data-driven decision making.
- Define and execute the roadmap for Android engineering systems, balancing KTLO, compliance, and DevEx investments.
- Partner with Android app teams (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Loop, Union) to understand pain points and deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead initiatives such as Maven support, Hilt enablement, Android 13 migration, and automation infrastructure improvements.
Drive compliance initiatives such as Play store requirements and SFI wave completion.
Collaborate with global stakeholders to align engineering standards and best practices.
Mentor and guide a team of PMs and engineers to deliver high-impact outcomes.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
4+ years people management experience.
- OR equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of Android build systems, CI/CD, and developer workflows.
- Solid program management skills to drive cross-team execution.
- Experience with compliance, security, and infrastructure modernization.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in technical feature design and understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
- Detail oriented and able to rapidly come up to speed on complex technologies and architectures.
- Excellent cross group collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to lead virtual teams to deliver on product milestones.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in platform or developer tooling roles.
