Responsibilities
- Define and drive chat fundamentals for the mobile app, focusing on First Time Resolution (FTR), satisfaction rate, and time to load.
- Establish and monitor key metrics: FTR, satisfaction rate, load time, and responsiveness.
- Design and run evaluations (A/B tests, live experiments) to continuously improve chat quality and performance.
- Partner with engineering and design to deliver a robust, scalable, and secure mobile chat experience.
- Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- Experience in fundamentals on web or native apps.
- Solid analytical skills and experience running evaluations and experiments.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6+ years in product management, with experience in native mobile apps.
- Experience with AI-powered applications with focus on mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation.
- Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.
