Microsoft Advertising Campaign UI team is the development team responsible for the front end web sites used by online advertisers to create and manage their millions of ad campaigns. As a Software Engineering in the team, you will develop world class Web UI experience for our demand management platform as well as enable new Ads Product to advertisers. Qualifications
Required/minimum qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript
- OR equivalent experience.
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to JavaScript, and TypeScript
- OR equivalent experience.
- Solid CS fundamentals, solid inclination for architecting at scale.
- Excellent technical design, problem solving and debugging skills.
- Proficient in data driven decision making, ability to build metrics to analyze business impact.
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS and modern front-end development and testing tools.
- Ability to analyze data and build metrics that measure business impact.
- Passion for UX and creating high quality user experiences.
- Solid collaborator and effective team communicator.
- Experience using AI-powered development tools to improve code quality, speed up implementation, and streamline end-to-end engineering workflows.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
