We are looking for an experienced Product Manager II who will translate breakthrough AI capabilities into intuitive product experiences that feel magical yet trustworthy.

Responsibilities
- Define vision and execute the roadmap for intelligent AI experiences, focusing on AI-native workflows that amplify human capabilities.
- Establish new interaction paradigms for human-AI collaboration in productivity scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with AI researchers, engineering, design and partner teams to build and ship AI experiences at scale that are responsive, contextual, and deeply integrated into user workflows.
- Use data and customer feedback to inform decisions and iterate rapidly.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 3+ years in product management, with experience in native mobile apps.
- Solid product intuition with a user-first and business mindset.
- Expert at defining success metrics, running experiments, and translating data into product decisions.
- Excellent collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-powered applications with focus on mobile apps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph, LLMs, or other AI APIs.
- Familiarity with mobile analytics and experimentation.
- Demonstrated success launching v1 products and scaling adoption.
