We are seeking a Senior Hardware Engineer to design and develop embedded systems and firmware for next-generation hardware devices. This role focuses on PCB design, board bring-up, and embedded firmware development, contributing to innovative hardware prototypes and products.

Responsibilities
- Design and develop embedded hardware and firmware for electronic devices.
- Lead board bring-up, debugging, and hardware/software integration.
- Create and execute test plans to validate performance and reliability.
- Document designs, manage schedules, and collaborate across disciplines.
- Interface with manufacturing partners to ensure successful production.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND some technical engineering experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field AND solid technical engineering experience
- OR equivalent experience.
Other Requirements:
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid experience in hardware/embedded systems development.
- Proficiency in PCB design (e.g., Altium), hardware debugging, and C/C++ firmware.
- Experience with low-power design and BLE.
- Solid communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
