Responsibilities
We are looking for a passionate, innovative, high energy individual contributor who can deal with ambiguity and challenge the status-quo to deliver automation capabilities that power the long-range execution planning efforts, drive workflow improvements and build solutions to assist in the delivery of large-scale data centers through efficient management of cost and schedule.
You will:
- Write high quality, maintainable, reusable code following SOLID principles
- Collaborate with and demonstrate features developed to stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Resolve complex system integration challenges working with other members of the team and external teams
- Share learnings and code assets developed with the CO+I engineering team
- Leverage subject-matter expertise of product features and partners with appropriate stakeholders (e.g., project managers) to drive a workgroup's project plans, release plans, and work items
- Act as a Designated Responsible Individual (DRI) and guide other engineers by developing and following the playbook, working on call to monitor system/product/service for degradation, downtime, or interruptions, alerting stakeholders about status and initiates actions to restore system/product/service for simple and complex problems when appropriate
Proactively seeks new knowledge and adapts to new trends, technical solutions, and patterns that will improve the availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and performance of products while also driving consistency in monitoring and operations at scale
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 3+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 5+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.
Software engineering with strong expertise across AI, LLM model, ML, data engineering and full stack development. This role will design and deliver intelligent, data-driven applications by combining Microsoft Fabric, SAP HANA DB, Azure AI studio, M365 Copilot, and enterprise-grade software development in C#, .NET, and Azure infrastructure and Azure services.
- AI, LLM, ML & Data Science
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python, Azure AI Studio,
- Prompt Engineering, and ML frameworks.
- Perform data, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
- Integrate ML models into enterprise applications and workflows.
- Data Pipeline & Transformation
- Build and optimize data pipelines in Microsoft Fabric for ingestion, transformation, and semantic modeling.
- Ensure data standardization, quality, and availability for analytics and applications.
- Full Stack & Software Development
- Develop scalable applications using C#, .NET, and modern frontend frameworks.
- Build and integrate REST APIs for data and AI-powered applications.
- Apply software engineering best practices (CI/CD, testing, DevOps).
- Cloud & Platform Engineering
- Deploy solutions on Microsoft Azure (Azure Functions, Data Lake, App Services, AI Studio) and OpenAI LLM Models, and other LLM models
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for security, performance, and compliance.
- Collaborate across teams (data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Experience working through the full software implementation lifecycle from initial design to rapid production deployment
- Experience working in capital expenditure (CAPEX) project and/or operating expense (OPEX) project in construction and real estate facility value chain including but not limited to owner-led enterprise or general contractor, construction, basic infrastructure procurement (utility power purchase agreement, utility invoices, fiber optics procurement)
- Experience in building AI application extension to SAP, Oracle will be a plus

- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Software Engineering IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
