As a Technical Program Management Specialist in the MSD Multitenant team, you will lead cross-organizational efforts to define and deliver our Multitenant strategy. You’ll partner closely with security and product engineering teams to drive alignment, ensure technical rigor, and deliver key initiatives that shape the future of our platform. Responsibilities
- You will work with Software Engineering to design technical solutions. You’ll also identify risks and propose data-based mitigations.
- You’ll define success criteria as you collaborate with others to implement features for cross-functional projects. You’ll coordinate and ensure alignment across teams.
- With minimal supervision, you will help deliver on roadmap for feature groups, track project schedules, develop staging and implementation, and stay updated with governance programs.
- You will drive continuous improvements by validating use cases and partnering with other departments to collect performance metrics. You’ll also contribute to internal user support and participate in direct end user engagements.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
- 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
- Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to define program objectives, manage stakeholder communications, and deliver results in complex, large-scale M365 or multi-tenant projects.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
