If so, we are looking for senior product marketing manager to define and lead outbound marketing for our agentic cloud operations platform This role sits at the frontier of AI, cloud infrastructure, and autonomous systems—and is responsible for translating technical capabilities into compelling market narratives that drive adoption, revenue, and category leadership. You will own outbound strategy end-to-end: positioning, messaging, launches, sales enablement, and ecosystem storytelling. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and partnerships to shape how the market understands and adopts agentic cloud operations. This is a highly visible role for a strategic marketer who thrives in ambiguity, operates with strong product intuition, and can move fluidly between technical depth and executive-level storytelling. Responsibilities
Outbound Strategy & Positioning • Develop and lead the outbound marketing strategy for agentic cloud operations, from early-category definition to scale • Develop differentiated positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for technical and business audiences • Define customer personas, and use cases across platform, infrastructure, and AI-driven operations teams • Partner closely with Integrated Marketing and Audience Marketing to execute outbound marketing campaigns, track results and optimize campaigns or programs Launches & Disclosures • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for major product launches and feature releases for the agentic cloud ops portfolio • Craft the core narrative around agentic systems across key cloud operations domains and lifecycle i.e. deployment/configuration, observability, resiliency, optimization, and security • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling stories without oversimplifying Sales Enablement & Revenue Impact • Partner with GTM managers to build enablement assets (pitch decks, demos, battlecards, case studies) • Equip GTM and field teams to sell a new category with confidence and consistency • Support enterprise, mid-market, and developer-led motions as needed Ecosystem & Market Influence • Shape thought leadership across blogs, talks, events, social and partner channels • Collaborate with partnerships and alliances to co-market with cloud providers, platforms, and AI ecosystems • Monitor competitive landscape and emerging trends in agentic AI, cloud ops, and automation Cross-Functional Leadership • Act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, sales, and leadership • Influence roadmap prioritization through market insight and customer feedback • Mentor and raise the bar for outbound and product marketing excellence
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications (RQs/MQs) • 8–12+ years of experience in product marketing, outbound marketing, or GTM roles • Strong background in B2B SaaS, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI platforms, or adjacent technical domains • Proven experience launching complex, technical products and shaping new or emerging categories Skills & Strengths • Deep comfort with technical concepts (cloud architecture, AI systems, automation, APIs) • Exceptional positioning, messaging, and storytelling skills • Strategic thinker who can also execute with speed and precision • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence without authority Mindset • Frontier mentality: excited by ambiguity, fast iteration, and category creation • Customer-obsessed and insight-driven • High ownership, high standards, and bias toward action Additional or Preferred Qualifications (PQs) • Experience marketing AI-native, agentic, or autonomous systems • Background working with developer-first or infra-heavy products • Experience scaling outbound marketing at high-growth or frontier tech companies • Excellent communication, presentation, storytelling and writing skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and channels. • Strong collaboration, influence and cross-team coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders and partners across the organization.
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,400 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $137,600 - $222,600 per year.
