The Security Go To Market (GTM) Manager for Netherlands sits within the EMEA Regional Organisation and the role is responsible for driving Microsoft's security business in Netherlands. The GTM role is critical to driving customer adoption at scale, driven by deep solution play domain, product truth, and partnerships with sales, marketing, operations, and sales excellence. You will help shape demand, enable sellers and partners, and execute integrated go‑to‑market motions across Microsoft's Security portfolio. This role is central to strengthening Microsoft's position and accelerating security adoption for enterprise and public sector customers.

Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the Security Go To Market strategy for Enterprise Customers in the Netherlands aligned to EMEA priorities.
- Drive demand and high‑quality, ongoing pipeline creation and progression across security solutions.
- Partner with Security Sales Excellence, Solution Sales Specialists, Customer Success Architects to accelerate deal velocity.
- Identify new business and market opportunity and identify performance gaps early and orchestrate cross‑team corrective actions.
- Work with internal sales, post sales, Partners, Marketing, and Engineering teams to land campaigns and activation programs.
- Monitor competitive signals and market trends and translate insights into actionable sales plays.
- Support customer programs such as Security Days events, Executive Roundtables, Executive Visits and partner events.
- Contribute to internal business governance rhythms providing high‑quality market, compete and deal insights.
- Maintain strong operational rigor and be an orchestrator across the business
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years’ experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within complex matrix, multinational organisations.
- Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity trends, threat landscape, and vendors.
- Experience orchestrating cross‑functional teams within complex matrix organizations.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Strong cloud experience, including Azure or AWS services.
- Experience working with enterprise and public‑sector organizations in NL.
- Competitive acumen and ability to support high‑pressure deal cycles.
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity and operating within a rapidly‑changing environment.
