Overview

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is the frontline of collaboration security, protecting organizations from advanced email, messaging and collaboration-based threats across Microsoft 365. Our team builds the SOC experiences that analysts live in every day, from Incidents & Investigation, Advanced Hunting, and contextual and integrated Threat Intelligence. We stitch those workflows across the broader Defender XDR suite (Microsoft 365, Endpoint, Identity, and Cloud Apps) to help defenders respond holistically. We partner closely with research, data science, and engineering to turn signal into action - triage at scale, rich investigation context, repeatable hunting, and intel‑driven detections. If you’re energized by simplifying complex security operations and creating experiences that help defenders outpace attackers, you’ll feel at home here.
