We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to plan, build and launch product offerings which maximize inference utilization. In this role, you will lead efforts to scale our model serving platform and leverage off-peak and underutilized capacity to deliver innovative, cost-efficient AI services. You will work at the intersection of advanced technology and market needs – optimizing our internal capacity usage while developing flexible offerings that provide value to customers.
Responsibilities
Develop the product offerings that increase overall fleet utilization while delivering cost-effective, high-performance solutions for customers.
Identify high-impact opportunities to increase inference efficiency and growth across internal and external customer segments.
Define and track efficiency metrics, manage dependencies, and lead experimentation to drive Microsoft Foundry product growth and infrastructure utilization.
Develop creative programs and pricing/incentive models to encourage usage during non-peak periods and to onboard new customers, ultimately driving up platform usage and revenue.
Collaborate with engineering, data science, finance, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Develop compelling product narratives and performance dashboards for executive-level communication and decision-making.
Provide clarity in ambiguous environments, influence stakeholders, and foster a culture of innovation and accountability
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in product development. Including delivering one or more AI, cloud services, enterprise grade solutions, and mobile apps.
Proven success in launching and scaling multi-million dollar revenue products, ideally in AI, ML, or platform domains.
Background in enterprise compliance requirements.
Product led growth focus with data-driven decision-making skills.
Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management capabilities.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex dependencies.
Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with a bias for action.
Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year.
