本ポジションでは、ミッションクリティカルなデータベース環境や分析基盤を中心に、設計・評価・移行・最適化といった技術領域を担当し、Azure を活用したデータプラットフォーム導入を通じてお客様のビジネス変革を支援します。

データベースおよび分析は、Microsoft Azure における重要な成長分野であり、AI 時代に対応した IaaS / PaaS を含む多様なデータサービスが提供されています。本ポジションでは、Azure データプラットフォームを実案件の中で活用しながら、その価値をお客様に届ける役割を担います。

役割と期待される貢献

• お客様との技術的なディスカッションに参加し、データベース・分析基盤に関する設計検討や技術的な意思決定を支援
• プロセス、ツール、デモ、ドキュメントを活用しながら、アカウントチームやパートナーと協力してエンゲージメントを推進
• シニアメンバーのサポートのもと、顧客課題の整理、技術的な選択肢の提示、ソリューション検討に貢献

技術評価・移行支援

• 現行環境の技術評価（As-Is）や将来像（To-Be）の整理に参画
• Azure を活用した移行・モダナイゼーション計画の検討・作成を支援
• 顧客のビジネス要件と技術要件を理解し、技術的な観点から懸念点の洗い出しや解決策の検討に貢献
• 技術的な内容を分かりやすく整理し、ビジネスへの影響を意識した説明を行う

実装・ハンズオン経験

• Azure Databases、Analytics、Fabric Data Platform を活用したデータ基盤導入・移行プロジェクトに参画
• POC / MVP において、設計・構築・検証フェーズを技術メンバーとして担当
• パートナーと連携しながら、実装・検証フェーズでの技術的な調整や課題対応を実施

成長とフィードバック

• 顧客対応を通じて得られた学びや気づきをチーム内で共有
• エンジニアリングチームやプロダクトチームへのフィードバックに貢献
• クラウド移行、データ、分析、AI 領域における技術スキルを継続的に向上
• 社内外の技術コミュニティや学習機会を通じて、専門性を拡張

Required/minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, and 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales or technical consulting, or equivalent practical experience.
• Deep expertise in commercial database management systems, such as SQL Server, PostgreSQL, and Oracle.
• Strong consultation capabilities for enterprise data platforms, including data integration, data engineering, and data analytics.
• Fluency in Japanese

Additional or preferred qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or related field AND 6+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.
• Certification in relevant (Microsoft or industry) technologies or disciplines (e.g., Microsoft Office 365; Power BI; Azure Administrator, Architecture, and Development exams; Cloud Platform Technologies; Information Security; Architecture).
