Senior Business Analyst, Channel Commerce Strategy & Enablement
Microsoft
We’re hiring a Senior Business Analyst to own the analytics, reporting, and insights that power Microsoft’s Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) authorization ecosystem—one of the company’s most critical and complex commercial channels.
In this role, you’ll turn large‑scale partner, compliance, and operational data into clear, decision‑ready insights that directly influence how the CSP program evolves, scales, and delivers value. You’ll work at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, partnering closely with Commercial Engineering, AI, operations, and program compliance teams to define what success looks like, how it’s measured, and how insights translate into action.
This is not a back‑office reporting role. You’ll build scalable, self‑service analytics, reduce manual friction, and surface insights that leaders rely on to improve partner experience, strengthen compliance, and accelerate growth across the CSP ecosystem.
If you enjoy solving ambiguous problems, influencing without authority, and seeing your work shape real business outcomes at global scale, this role offers both visibility and impact.
