2026 Corporate Treasury & Capital Planning Full-Time Analyst Program
Full-Time Analysts engage in a comprehensive two-year rotational program based in New York, with opportunities to work within the Corporate Treasury and Capital Planning departments. This program offers analysts an in-depth immersion into a specific team, while also providing a broad understanding of the departments and their diverse functions.
Training Program:
Our Full-Time Analyst Program includes an extensive training program that focuses on firmwide acclimation, financial markets and products, technical skills, professional skills development, and FINRA Licensing Prep. At the conclusion of the training period, Analysts will take their FINRA Licensing Exams – the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 63 Exams.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Analyze and communicate on the Firm's funding, liquidity, and/or capital profile
- Collaborate with various business units and support functions to assess and manage the Firm’s funding, liquidity and/or capital needs
- Take ownership of daily tasks and processes, presentation materials, and special projects
- Assist the team with ad hoc requests/inquiries from senior management and aid in decision making process
- Research, analyze and recommend solutions around data issues and perform necessary steps to resolve
- Support regulatory requests from regional regulators including data analysis, liaising with other groups and presentation of findings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a graduation date between December 2025 - June 2026
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 and preferably 1-3 years of internship experience, preferably from a securities firm or bank in a finance function
- Self-motivated with high personal standards for quality of work; commitment to excellence and integrity.
- Ability to analyze and synthesize a variety of data to produce well-designed and meaningful summaries and reports.
- Excellent analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills; ability to analyze and understand business processes that may not be familiar.
- Eager to learn and excited for new challenges; ability to absorb new information and adept at managing high-priority deliverables in a fast-paced, high energy level environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and advanced quantitative skills

Expected base pay rate for the role will be $38.47 per hour at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
