Our suite of products encompasses the traditional spectrum of (re-)insurance offerings as well as innovative structured portfolio credit risk transfer solutions designed to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
OUR TEAM
Credit Portfolio Management is responsible for overseeing the international credit (re-)insurance portfolio, pricing large and complex (re-)insurance treaties, and providing specialized IT solutions for the Line of Business Credit. Our responsibilities include the mathematical modeling and actuarial analysis of risks inherent in credit (re-)insurance contracts. The team also contributes to innovation initiatives and the expansion of business opportunities.

YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the colleagues in conducting deal analyses and technical pricings, alongside with providing a technical assessment of structured portfolio credit risk transfer solutions in collaboration with our internal stakeholders.
- Executing portfolio analyses and calculating pricings for key clients in credit and surety (re-)insurance, as well as assisting the analysis and validation of new business ventures.
- Offering support to underwriters with portfolio and pricing queries during (treaty) negotiations and contributing to the design and implementation of cedent analyses.
- Engaging in close cooperation with other business units and central divisions to ensure a unified and effective approach.
YOUR PROFILE
- A university degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Natural Sciences, Economics, or a related discipline with a strong quantitative focus.
- Knowledge of topics relevant for assessing portfolio risks in a (re-)insurance context, such as actuarial science and/or mathematical finance.
- Knowledge in structured finance, cash-flow modeling, and/or credit portfolio analysis is advantageous.
- Willingness to learn and utilize relevant IT tools (Excel, VBA, Power Bl) and programming languages (e.g., Python).
- Analytical and conceptual skills, an innovative mindset, and solution-oriented thinking.
- A passion for working in a multidisciplinary team to develop our credit business model.
- The ability to work autonomously and accurately.
- A team player with a high degree of social competence towards colleagues and clients.
- Business fluency in English is a must.
