| Position Highlights | A part-time Research Data Support Specialist II is available in the laboratory of Dr. Alexander Niculescu in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Arizona College of Medicine-Phoenix. The successful candidate is expected to assist with designing and analyzing data within the precision medicine psychiatry laboratory. We are seeking a well-rounded, motivated and enthusiastic individual with prior experience in qPCR, bioinformatic analysis, blood biomarkers, while working in various databases (R, Python) and performing statistical programming (AWS CloudFormation, Stack). This individual should be detailed oriented, conscientious, able to follow instructions, and have the ability to communicate in a clear, concise manner orally and in writing. This is a sponsored-funded position and, as such, is housed within the College of Medicine-Phoenix, Department of Psychiatry that received the funds. While the role will collaborate closely with UITS, its primary responsibilities and funding structure align with the goals of the sponsor-supported project.
