Requires strong product management, financial analysis, stakeholder leadership, and member experience expertise, with a deep understanding of credit card economics and portfolio growth strategies.
- 2-5 years of experience in product strategy and/or data analysis
- Foundational understanding of lending principles, credit card products, and the broader card industry environment
- Proficiency with business intelligence applications, data visualization tools, and cloud-based analytics services
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and portfolio analysis
- Ability to apply statistical analysis, forecasting, and analytical frameworks to inform business decisions
- Working knowledge of various data structures and the ability to manipulate data within visualization tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or related field
Desired Qualifications
- MBA or relevant certification, such as Certified Product Manager (CPM), SAFe Product Manager/Product Owner, or PMP
- Strong knowledge of credit card products, rewards programs, pricing strategies, and customer value propositions
- Experience building business cases, gap analysis, financial forecasts and ROI analyses.
- Proficiency with data science and business intelligence tools including SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BI
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories and prioritize product backlogs.
- Experience leading large scale initiatives including managing dependencies, risks and issue resolution across multiple workstreams
