Job Summary
Als Partner-Technical-Lead sind Sie verantwortlich für die technische Entwicklung und Betreuung unserer Vertriebs- und Implementierungspartner. Sie helfen ihnen, Lösungen aus dem NetApp-Portfolio in Lösungen für Kunden zu integrieren.
Dein Aufgabenbereich
Sie arbeiten eng mit dem Partnervertrieb zusammen, entwickeln Strategien zur Weiterentwicklung unseres Partnerkanals aus technischer Sicht und setzen diese mit um. Sie binden Spezialisten ein und koordinieren Schulungspartner. Sie sind in der Lage, die Technologien und Lösungen von NetApp auf verschiedenen Verantwortungsebenen zu positionieren. Sie können sich auf die Gesprächspartner einstellen, deren Beweggründe und Motivationsfaktoren hinterfragen und verstehen. Dabei kommt Ihnen Ihre umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Beratung zugute. Umfassendes Wissen über die Lösungen und Lösungspartner von NetApp ist Voraussetzung.
Dein profil
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes technisches Studium an Universität oder Fachhochschule oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung
- Mindestens drei Jahre Erfahrung im Systems-Engineering oder PreSales-Consulting. .
- Erfahrung in der Betreuung von Channel-Partnern.
- Sie arbeiten gerne mit allen Hierarchieebenen eines Unternehmens zusammen.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Storage und Cloud-Services.
- IT-Kenntnisse, u. a. in Enterprise-Computing, Backup, Netzwerk, Hochverfügbarkeitslösungen, Betriebssystemen, Datenbanken, KI/Data-Science.
- Erfahrung mit einem oder mehreren Hypervisoren.
- Sie sind kommunikationsstark, teamfähig und verstehen es, andere zu motivieren.
- Sie sind in der Lage, eigenständig Workshops zu erarbeiten und durchzuführen.
- Sie können technische Zusammenhänge anschaulich und verständlich erläutern.
- Sie verfügen über analytisches Denkvermögen, sind kreativ und können gut präsentieren, arbeiten selbständig und zielorientiert.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse werden vorausgesetzt.
