Job Summary

The Business Transformation Office (BTO) team within Go-to-Market Revenue Operations is focused on improving NetApp’s global business processes and capabilities. As a Business Process Analyst, you will support cross-functional initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and sales effectiveness. You’ll apply analytical thinking and process knowledge to help document, assess, and improve business workflows.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning how systems and processes work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in collaborative environments. You’ll work closely with business and IT teams to support process improvements and contribute to the successful delivery of transformation projects.

Responsibilities

  • Curious to learn NetApp’s operating model and commercial objectives and how they translate into the need for efficient, standardized, scalable business processes, organizational structures, and operations.
  • Assist in documenting current business processes and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Support workshops and meetings to gather requirements and capture feedback.
  • Help analyze data and process flows to identify inefficiencies or gaps.
  • Collaborate with team members to design future-state processes under guidance.
  • Contribute to the development of process documentation and training materials.
  • Coordinate with IT and business stakeholders to support implementation activities.
  • Track and report on project milestones and process performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with Go-to-Market processes such as Opportunity Management or Deal Registration.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems like Salesforce Sales Cloud or PRM platforms.
  • Basic understanding of agile delivery frameworks and project coordination.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 97,750 - 145,200 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off (PTO), various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
