Job Summary
We are seeking a Product/Data Architect to join our Enterprise Data & Analytics team, focusing on Customer Success (CSOps) and Professional Services Operations (PSOps). In this role, you will partner with both IT and business stakeholders to transform raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and enhance customer outcomes.
You will design robust data models, architect scalable dataflows, and explore innovative technologies — including advanced analytics, data science, and machine learning — to maximize the value of our data assets. Your work will shape how our teams leverage data to improve operational efficiency, customer engagement, and business performance.

Job Requirements

Domain Expertise
- Strong subject matter expertise in at least two of the following domains: Customer Success, Professional Services, Install Base, Case Management, Revenue Reporting, or Customer Support.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple complex technical projects from concept to production.
Technical Skills
- Data Modeling: Expertise in designing conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support enterprise analytics and operational reporting. Ability to define data structures, relationships, and metadata standards; optimize models for performance, scalability, and maintainability; and ensure alignment with business processes in CSOps and PSOps.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, RESTful APIs, and related standards; proficiency in Python and NoSQL is a plus.
- Skilled in building, optimizing, and evaluating data pipelines and delivering production-ready systems.
- Familiar with data platforms such as Oracle Data Warehouse, Snowflake, HVR, and Informatica IICS.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong data orientation with a passion for exploring innovative analytical techniques.
Methodologies, Compliance & Lifecycle Management
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience across all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Understanding of SOX compliance requirements and principles, particularly in relation to financial data, revenue reporting, and operational controls.
- Skilled in collaborating with IT delivery teams on complex, cross-functional projects.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively while taking a lead role when needed.
- Capable of handling multiple priorities independently with minimal supervision.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results as a proactive contributor.
Soft Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Education
• A minimum of 8 years of experience is required, including 6+ years solid relevant experience in Business Analytics.
• Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business, or related field is required
