As a Technical Program Manager in the Cyber Resiliency Team in the Data Services BU, you will play a pivotal role in driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that deliver new features to the market for NetApp Data Services Team. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product to define program goals, manage timelines, and mitigate risks. Leveraging your exceptional leadership, communication and technical skills, you’ll ensure that projects are executed efficiently and align with strategic objectives.

Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing multiple concurrent programs, developing detailed project plans, and communicating progress and challenges to stakeholders at all levels.
• Enable cooperation and alignment in the program across all roles and functions in multiple geos.
• Relentless follow up across multiple teams, navigate through ambiguity and drive towards common goals.
• Build deep and productive working relationships across Engineering, product management and business operations, understanding the Data Services product, challenging business assumptions and offering a point of view to assist in the decision-making process.
• Identify important issues and risks, recommend options and facilitate team decisions.
• Lead regular program reviews with VPs and senior leaders.
• Effective use of available AI technologies to bring process efficiencies.
Job Requirements
• Anticipate roadblocks, resolve conflicts, and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• 12 + years of proven track record of managing large-scale projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Good experience in creating detailed project plans, depedency tracking, predicting risk
• Ability to understand project and resource interdependencies within a program or portfolio.
• Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization, Strong analytical thinking, excellent communication skills
• Results oriented: proven track record to take initiative, work with minimal direction, to deliver results.
• Demonstrated ability to mitigate risks proactively, resolve issues, and escalate when appropriate.
• Hands on Microsoft Office applications, JIRA, Confluence.
• Budgeting – Capex, Opex, Cloud Cost Management, Customer Adoption Tracker, Service Readiness – Call Roster Management, Service Reviews
• Storage industry experience & PMP Certification is a plus.
Education
• 12 + years of experience of successful releases for multiple products or services in technology focused programs.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering
