Job Summary

We are looking for a creative IT Program Video Lead & Content Writer to join our team at NetApp. In this role, you will lead the production of engaging video content for the NetApp on NetApp program, manage and curate existing videos, and collaborate with marketing teams for effective promotion. You will also support the IT storyteller by translating technical solutions into compelling narratives and contributing to various content assets like blog posts, eBooks, and webinars. If you have strong video editing skills and a knack for IT storytelling, we want to hear from you.

Job Requirements

Lead the Video product for NetApp on NetApp

• Create compelling video content for the NetApp on Netapp program
• Manage, maintain curate all current video content
• Manage all video production and publication working with the respective teams from marketing
• Work with the team/ program lead on proper promotional schedule and activity

Support the IT storyteller role to ensure all IT uses cases are engaging, compelling and demonstrate business results

• Support the IT Story Teller & NetApp on NetApp Content Manager and partner with NetApp IT Customer-1 to translate abstract technical solutions into meaningful documented use cases that would be captivating to a range of IT decision makers showcasing the ‘art of possible’
• Contribute to ghostwriting and editing of over 50 IT content assets annually, including blog posts, eBooks, infographics, presentations, videos, webinars, and case studies.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of a spectrum of IT narratives from technical to executive level
• Contribute to and create content for monthly partner webinar series on a variety of IT use cases

Establish, manage & maintain relationships with Marketing and Public Relations to maintain autonomy in Program content development, publications & communications:

• Partner with Marketing to ensure IT Program to marketing messaging alignment.
• Maintain Editorial ownership/autonomy of IT technical content and messaging.

Education

• Strong team player
• Video and editing skills a must
• 2+ years of experience in IT writing, program management and content management a plus.
• Broad IT knowledge: conversant in technologies including hybrid cloud, data engagement, infrastructure, data centers, XaaS, DevOps, and IT operations, simplification and automation.
• Ability to distill nuanced technical concepts into compelling, authentic narratives that drive business results.

Compensation:
The target salary range for this position is 79,050 - 117,700 USD. The salary offered will be determined by the candidate's location, qualifications, experience, and education and may be outside of this range. Final compensation packages are competitive and in line with industry standards, reflecting a variety of factors, and include a comprehensive benefits package. This may cover Health Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement or Pension Plans, Paid Time Off, various Leave options, Performance-Based Incentives, employee stock purchase plan, and/or restricted stocks (RSU’s), with all offerings subject to regional variations and governed by local laws, regulations, and company policies.
