Job Summary

As a Staff Software Engineer in the Keystone organization, you will be a technical leader and a force multiplier. You will go beyond leading projects; you will set the technical vision for critical components of our platform. You will be responsible for designing elegant, scalable, and resilient solutions to our most complex architectural challenges. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, a strategic mindset, and the ability to influence and mentor engineers across the organization. Job Requirements

Security Principles: Expert knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), data classification, and threat modeling for secured data intelligence platforms.
AI/ML & GenAI: Hands-on experience with frameworks like PyTorch, and Hugging Face; ability to build next-generation data solutions for AI workloads.
Advanced Automation: Proficiency in Python, Go Lang and REST APIs to create AI-augmented workflows for data classification and engineering.
Cloud Native Infrastructure: Depth in microservices-based SaaS architectures and cloud storage platforms (AWS )
Problem-Solving: Proven ability to resolve critical system issues and optimize performance for massive enterprise workloads

Responsibilities

Act as a functional expert for complex domains, such as Storage As a Service, CloudOps, or AI-driven data infrastructure.
Lead high-impact, cross-team projects that influence the product roadmap and long-term strategy.
Design scalable, optimized solution architectures and guide the development of next-generation data services.
Serve as a "coach and culture bearer," providing technical guidance and peer reviews to help grow junior engineers (IC1–IC4).
Work across organizational boundaries to align technical capabilities with business goals and customer needs.
Lead the design and implementation of Authentication (AuthN) and Authorization (AuthZ) systems using RBAC, ABAC, and Zero Trust models to regulate data access across hybrid cloud environments.
Oversee the entire product security lifecycle, integrating security checkpoints into design, development, and testing to prevent vulnerabilities like the OWASP Top 10.
Drive the architecture for AI/ML initiatives, including Generative AI applications (LLMs, transformers) and large-scale data processing pipelines.

Education

IC - Typically requires a minimum of 12 years of related experience.Mgr & Exec - Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.
