The Temporary Technical Support Specialist provides frontline IT support for staff, ensuring workplace technology remains functional, reliable, and easy to use. This role assists with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and conference room technology. The position works closely with end users and IT staff to resolve technical issues, support technology projects, and maintain a high level of customer service.

- Familiarity with laptops, desktops, tablets, printers, and audiovisual equipment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and endpoint management.
- Ability to lift and move computer equipment and technology hardware as needed.
