Oracle Cloud, Oracle Autonomous Database and Golden Gate (GG) is good to have.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree/master’s degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Software, Electronics, Operational Research, or Computer System Engineering.
- Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Strong grasp of Computer Science concepts.
- Experience with Oracle DB, Application development and best practices for deploying quality code in production and troubleshooting issues when they arise.
- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle DB PL/SQL developer and troubleshooting
- 5+ years of experience on Oracle Database Internals
- 3+ years of experience and working knowledge in OOP languages like Python/Java/Perl
- 3+ years of experience on UNIX Shell Scripting.
- 3+ years of experience on schedulers like Cron/OEM/Control -M etc.
- Experience in integrating AI services with LLM APIs
- Ability to built automation frameworks from scratch and integrate security, monitoring and observability.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical ideas verbally and in writing (technical proposals, design specifications, architecture diagrams, and presentations).
- Understanding of the end-to-end configuration, technical dependencies, and overall behavioral characteristics of product.
- Knowledge on Jenkins, Chef, Ansible and Terraform is good to have.
- Knowledge of CI/CD Platforms and components such as Jenkins.
- Knowledge of version control using Git.
- Understanding of REST Architecture and JSON is a plus.
- Self driven individual contributor with strong ownership, ability to analyze requirements and read and understand source code.

This Software Developer 3 role will play a pivotal role in our Database Automation and modernization team. This position is based in India Bangalore location and presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the improvement of healthcare services within a dynamic multi-tenant cloud environment. As a S/W developer Engineering, you will be instrumental in achieving our mission to enhance healthcare services. Your key responsibilities include:
- Contribute to strategic projects outlined in our roadmap, focusing on transitioning on-premises databases to Oracle Cloud.
- Modernize automation frameworks to integrate with AI agents for improving efficiency.
- Lead efforts to migrate databases to the Autonomous Database, ensuring a seamless transition for optimal performance.
- Work collaboratively with multiple teams, actively participating in the execution of roadmap projects.
- Apply your skill set and hands-on experience on building automation feedback frameworks capable of self healing and eradicate manual intervention.
- Act as a trusted technical advisor to solve complex Infrastructure and DevOps challenges.
- Contribute to making our infrastructure simple, secure, reliable, and easy to operate.
- Participate in incident management, operational/security maintenance, software performance analysis, and system tuning.
- Drives and actively participates in the resolution of complex technical issues.
- Drive Project to improve the availability, scalability, security, efficiency of Oracle products and services.
