Role Overview :
As an IC4 Full Stack Engineer, you will be a senior-level individual contributor responsible for developing scalable web applications across the full stack. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative healthcare solutions.

- • Lead the end-to-end development of robust, scalable web applications using front-end and back-end technologies.
- • Architect, design, and implement features across UI, APIs, databases, and cloud infrastructure.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- • Identify and address performance, security, and scalability challenges proactively.
- • Uphold coding best practices, conduct peer code reviews, and set standards for junior engineers.
- • Mentor team members to drive technical growth and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- • Ensure all deliverables comply with Oracle’s quality, security, privacy, and compliance standards.
Skills Required:
- • 8+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- • Expertise in modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or similar) and back-end technologies (Java, Node.js, Python, or similar).
- • Strong understanding of software architecture patterns, design patterns, and scalable systems.
- • Experience with tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Git, and other CI/CD processes.
- • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Oracle Cloud, AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices.
- • Proven ability to lead complex projects and mentor other engineers.
- • Excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
