We are seeking an experienced Outbound Security Product Manager to help shape the future of SaaS Cloud Security. In this role, you will lead outbound initiatives, engage directly with enterprise customers, and drive the alignment of security, compliance, and product strategy.

Experience

  • 8–12 years in security product management, product architecture, or as a subject matter expert in the security domain
  • Proven experience leading outbound product initiatives, including customer engagement, security briefings, and roadmap influence
  • Background as a consultant, architect, or product leader with strong knowledge of SaaS and enterprise cloud security

Skills

  • Ability to build compelling business cases based on research and customer needs, and influence executive stakeholders
  • Experience in SaaS security product marketing and customer engagement, collaborating with Engineering, Operations, Pre-sales, Corporate Security, and other cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and privacy frameworks, with the ability to translate them into product and customer requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills and public speaking experience

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

This role will be working on a regular basis with colleagues around the world. To support this collaboration, knowledge of English is required for this role. Proficiency in French is required for candidates residing in Quebec, otherwise it is considered an asset.


Responsibilities

You’re an experienced security product leader with 8–12 years of experience delivering enterprise-grade cloud security solutions. In this role, you will:

1. Product Strategy and Development

Define and execute roadmaps for SaaS Cloud Security solutions, aligned with customer needs, market trends, and regulatory requirements.

Translate customer challenges into clear product requirements, working closely with Engineering to deliver secure and innovative solutions.

Clearly articulate Oracle SaaS security differentiation in the marketplace.

2. Customer Engagement and Communication

Engage with enterprise customers, CISOs, and security architects to build trust and demonstrate Oracle’s security leadership.

Represent Oracle SaaS Security at conferences, customer forums, and industry events, providing thought leadership on security trends.

Lead customer briefings, peer discussions, and focus groups to capture insights that shape product direction.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Engineering, Pre-sales, Global Information Security, and Operations to design and deliver tailored solutions.

Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Operations to develop and execute go-to-market plans for security products and features.

4. Security Content and Enablement

Create and deliver compelling content for executive briefings, product launches, blogs, and customer enablement.

Drive the development of a central security content hub, offering best practices and guidance on shared security responsibilities.

5. Driving Security Strategy

Lead Oracle SaaS security strategy for customer communities, industry events, and analyst relations.

Deliver specialized security training to Pre-sales and Sales teams to address customer security concerns effectively.

Maintain proactive engagement with customers, ensuring they are informed of relevant security updates and practices.

6. Measuring Success and Improvement

Define and track KPIs to measure customer satisfaction and product success.

Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback into product enhancements and outbound strategies, ensuring year-over-year gains in customer satisfaction.
