Your responsibilities include:

• Participate as a functional expert in various service activities such as gap analysis, solution design, proof-of-concept (POC) demonstrations, requirements gathering, business analysis, project delivery, and quality assurance, collaborating with other Oracle teams and offshore or client-based teams as required.
• Document and review Requirement Specification Documents.
• Analyze business requirements, contribute to functional design, and create or review Functional Specification Documents.
• Travel to client locations within EMEA as needed for implementations, product walkthroughs, and POC workshops.
• Work collaboratively with onsite team members and client personnel to ensure resolution of client issues
• Utilize defined standards, tools, and processes to deliver work that meets Oracle's and the client's quality expectations.
• Document all work in accordance with agreed-upon standards and processes applicable to Oracle and the client.
• Adhere to the change control process and comply with audit and compliance requirements of both Oracle and the client.
• Perform accurate handover and knowledge transfer at the end of each assignment.
• Provide timely status reports to supervisors.

Primary Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in development, support, integration, or a related field, with at least 6+ years in PaaS (Platform as a Service) implementations.
• Over 5 years of hands-on expertise in delivering integration, OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), or API-based solutions.
• Proven experience leading multiple full lifecycle projects utilizing Oracle Integration Cloud and API products.
• Strong knowledge of integrating SaaS applications with on-premises systems.
• Proficiency in web services, XML technologies, SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture), and RESTful services.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Experience with DevOps tools, automation frameworks, and end-to-end delivery of integration solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Oracle VBCS (Visual Builder Cloud Service), PCS (Process Cloud Service), MFT CS (Managed File Transfer Cloud Service), BPEL, OSB (Oracle Service Bus), and B2B integrations.
• Ability to work independently as a self-starter and effectively as part of a team.
• Functional knowledge of Oracle SaaS applications (knowledge of eBusiness Suite is a plus), with experience in at least one industry.
• Capability to collaborate and engage independently with client business teams.
• Ability to analyze solution approaches, provide estimations, recommend best practices, and assess project risks.
• Experience in evaluating client requirements and mapping them to ‘off-the-shelf’ product solutions or features, versus recommending custom solutions.
• Ability to participate in and, when required, lead project meetings and product walkthrough workshops with customers.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• In-depth knowledge of at least one industry’s terminology, concepts, and business processes.
• Strong communication and documentation skills in English and Italian

Other Skills
