Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Identity is responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and resilient Identity and Access services that power Oracle’s global cloud customers and internal applications. Our platform underpins authentication, authorization, governance, cross-region Identity operations, and compliance for mission-critical workloads across OCI and Fusion Applications.

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead multiple engineering teams owning core IDCS/Identity services. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role responsible for driving delivery excellence, operational reliability, and security posture across complex, distributed systems.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $118,300 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow engineering teams responsible for designing, building, and operating OCI Identity services (authentication, authorization, SSO, OAuth, SCIM, directory, and related microservices).

Drive execution of strategic initiatives, deployments, and major security, compliance, and hardening programs.

Partner with Security, Detection Engineering, Fusion Applications, Infrastructure, and Core Framework teams to define and deliver cross-org solutions.

Ensure operational excellence through proactive monitoring, incident management, on-call readiness, and continuous reliability improvements.

Establish engineering roadmap, technical direction, and long-term architecture in collaboration with senior ICs and architects.

Manage staffing, performance, career development, and succession planning across multiple teams.

Lead with data, clarity, and accountability; drive disciplined execution and hold teams to high quality and delivery standards.

Foster a culture of innovation, automation, and AI-driven improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational toil.
