About the Team:

The Agent Development Platform (ADP) is the foundational platform that powers NetSuite’s next-generation agentic AI experiences, including AskOracle, SuiteAgent, AI Connector and NetSuite Next. Agent Development Platform provides unified capabilities for conversation history, memory, governance and guardrails, evaluation hooks, telemetry, and graph-based orchestration. The team partners closely with product management, platform engineering, architecture, security, and global engineering organizations to deliver high-quality, scalable, compliant AI capabilities to customers.

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to manage a team responsible for the design, development, and delivery of the Agent Development Platform. This leader will own the end-to-end execution of platform capabilities and guide a team of talented engineers in building the infrastructure, APIs, and runtime that enable every NetSuite AI agent. This role is ideal for a manager who has deep technical expertise, strong execution discipline, and the ability to drive cross-functional alignment in a fast-moving, high-impact environment.

Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and manage a team of 5-8 software engineers delivering core ADP capabilities including conversation management, memory systems, governance/guardrails, and evaluation/telemetry frameworks.
• Own planning, execution, and delivery of features across quarterly and annual roadmaps.
• Ensure high-quality software development through code reviews, engineering best practices, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team across regions.
• Support career development through coaching, feedback, and clear growth frameworks.
• Partner with recruiting to scale the team as ADP expands.

Technical Responsibilities

• Drive technical direction and architecture decisions for the ADP platform, including graph-based orchestration, SDK integrations, and platform extensibility.
• Partner with security, architecture, and product teams to ensure ADP meets compliance, governance, scalability, and reliability standards.
• Establish metrics, SLAs, and observability practices to ensure platform performance and reliability.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with teams across foundation including AskOracle, MLP, Data Platform, appSec/prodSec, and value stream teams—to ensure cohesive end-to-end agent capabilities.
• Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements, define scope, and ensure platform usability for internal agent developers.
• Represent ADP in cross-org initiatives, design reviews, governance discussions, and leadership forums.
