We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to join the Oracle Recruiting Cloud team. You will work on building and enhancing AI-powered, scalable, and user-friendly features within our global recruiting platform, which is part of the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. The role involves full-stack development using Java/J2EE, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, REST APIs, and Oracle SQL/PLSQL. Experience with Oracle ADF/SOA is a plus. Ideal candidates are strong problem solvers, quick learners, and comfortable working with modern AI-based development techniques including prompt design and LLM integrations.

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to design and develop cutting-edge applications within Oracle Recruiting & Communicate, part of Oracle’s HCM Cloud suite. The service supports 1500+ live customers, including several Fortune 500 companies, and continues to scale rapidly. This role will contribute to delivering roadmap features, accelerating AI-driven enhancements, and ensuring high-quality, reliable service for our customers.

Our solution is unified with existing HCM Suite of Services in Cloud, enabling customer to leverage complete information about their talent and streamline processes across the HR spectrum. This service also embeds AI, chatbots and a consumer-like and mobile-friendly UI throughout the platform to help users more data-driven, candidate-centric and talent aware.
Role:
As a member of the Oracle Recruiting Cloud team, you will analyze, develop, troubleshoot and debug issues in the Recruiting Application.
Expected Skills & Qualifications:
• BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Proficient in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and related technologies.
• Experience in Oracle SQL/PLSQL.
• Experience with Java Script, HTML, CSS based UI development.
• Experience with Restful API Development.
• Experience working with Oracle ADF and SOA is a plus.
• Quick learner with a 'can do’ attitude, willing to take on new challenges.
• Understanding of AI-based development techniques, including prompt-driven design, integration with LLM-backed services, and working with AI APIs
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, with proven success in contributing in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, working with technical and non-technical peers, as well as management.
• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.
• Self–motivated and self-driven, continuously learning, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
