US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and design holistic MAM and MDM solutions for large-scale, multi-OS environments (including but not limited to iOS, macOS, Android, and Windows), ensuring effective security, privacy, and compliance across all technologies.
- Define and implement cross-platform policies, automation workflows, configurations, and best practices for secure deployment, management, and lifecycle support for mobile apps and endpoints.
- Evaluate, integrate, and manage a suite of leading MAM/MDM/EUEM tools—tailoring solutions to Oracle’s ecosystem to support modern device provisioning, identity management, secure access, and compliance automation.
- Oversee the management of user and device identities, enrollment processes, and data protection measures in alignment with Oracle policies—regardless of platform or ownership model (BYOD or corporate-owned).
- Champion the automation of device and application management workflows to improve efficiency, reduce manual effort, and ensure consistent policy enforcement across heterogeneous device fleets.
- Collaborate closely with security, application development, infrastructure, compliance, and business units to deliver secure and efficient cross-platform mobility experiences.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and architectural blueprints for all MAM/MDM and automation initiatives regardless of device type.
- Lead incident response and troubleshooting efforts for mobile application and endpoint management and security issues across all supported platforms.
- Provide guidance on modern data protection strategies, endpoint management, and automated compliance processes for both BYOD and corporate assets.
- Deliver regular reports and analytics on the state of enterprise mobility management, security posture, automation results, usage, and compliance health.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, threats, regulatory requirements, and best practices in unified endpoint management and automation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years specializing in designing and supporting enterprise mobile application and device management (MDM/MAM/UEM) solutions for a wide range of platforms and device types.
- In-depth knowledge of leading MDM/MAM/UEM solutions (e.g., Workspace ONE, Intune, JAMF, MobileIron, SOTI, and similar platforms) and their integration into multi-OS enterprise environments.
- Advanced understanding of mobile and desktop operating systems—including iOS, macOS, Android, Windows, and other emerging platforms—and the associated enterprise security controls.
- Demonstrated ability to design and manage automated enrollment, provisioning, and compliance workflows for both user and device lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with a variety of device deployment models, enterprise mobility programs, and modern cloud-based management strategies.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams and large-scale projects in complex enterprise settings.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant security or mobility certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, ACMT, or platform/vendor-specific certifications) are advantageous.
