We are seeking a seasoned Senior Principal Technical Account Manager to join our team and drive customer success.

Job Summary We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Principal Technical Account Manager with a strong background in cloud infrastructure and customer relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading cloud migrations, building secure environments, and maintaining strategic customer relationships. This is a key role in our growth strategy, and we are seeking someone with extensive expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and other cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures, including complex network designs

Lead cloud migrations, lift-and-shift strategies, and third-party system integrations

Build, secure, and manage cloud environments, ensuring compliance and governance

Manage enterprise-level customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and trust

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, share updates, and ensure customer success

Conduct strategic planning sessions with key stakeholders

Assess existing IT landscapes and document technical requirements with a business-centric view

Develop and maintain deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture and components

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory:

15+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure with strong exposure to customer relationship management

Expertise in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) architecture, components, and services

Hands-on knowledge of AWS, Azure, GCP, and experience with IaaS/PaaS solutions across these platforms

Proven ability to design and implement scalable, secure cloud architectures

Professional certifications in OCI, AWS, Azure, or GCP (preferred)

Good-to-Have:

Experience with cloud migration, lift-and-shift strategies, and third-party system integrations

Strong background in enterprise architecture, with the ability to align business, application, and technology layers

Proficiency in assessing existing IT landscapes and documenting technical requirements with a business-centric view

Capability to build, secure, and manage cloud environments while ensuring compliance and governance
