As a Principal Member of Technical Staff, you will define and improve standard practices, focusing on automation framework design for reliability, security, scalability, and performance. The role requires expertise in Exadata Server lifecycle automation and the ability to quickly learn new technologies. Responsibilities include using a cloud-first approach to resolve production issues, diagnosing and mitigating problems, creating bug fixes, developing SOPs, and enhancing diagnostics and automation tooling. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as experience handling complex, critical technical issues and leading software design and development efforts.
