The Principal / Senior Principal Product Manager for Oracle Fusion CX CPQ will own the product strategy and execution for CPQ, with a specific focus on evolving the solution toward intelligent, agentic quoting experiences that improve sales effectiveness, margin protection, and customer satisfaction.

A Principal Product Manager / Senior Principal Product Manager for the CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) solution is a strategic imperative for maximizing our CPQ investment and unlocking the next generation of AI-driven, agentic quoting experiences within Oracle Fusion CX CPQ. This individual contributor role is critical for driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence in an increasingly complex and AI-enabled CPQ landscape.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $115,400 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Key responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the CPQ product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with Oracle Fusion CX strategy, GTM priorities, and long-term AI initiatives.
  • Lead the evolution from traditional rules-based CPQ to AI-augmented, agentic quoting workflows (guided configuration, pricing recommendations, next-best-offer, conversational quote creation).
  • Own the product backlog: write and refine user stories, prioritize features and enhancements, and drive Agile delivery in partnership with engineering.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Finance, and CX stakeholders to identify friction points in quoting and design solutions that increase quote velocity, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with AI/ML and platform teams to design and launch trustworthy, governed AI capabilities embedded in the CPQ experience.
  • Analyze product usage, pipeline metrics, quote cycle times, error rates, and customer feedback to inform roadmap decisions and measure impact.
  • Ensure CPQ capabilities work seamlessly across the Fusion CX ecosystem (Sales, Service, Subscription Management, Billing, etc.), supporting end-to-end quote-to-cash flows.
  • Champion customer and seller experience, ensuring features are intuitive, discoverable, and reduce operational burden rather than adding complexity.
  • Drive readiness and adoption: partner with enablement and field teams to communicate roadmap, deliver demos, and support rollout of new CPQ and AI features.
  • Act as a visible internal advocate for Oracle Fusion CX CPQ, articulating the product strategy, AI vision, and business value to executive, field, and cross-functional audiences.
