We're looking for an experienced Senior Camel and Kafka Developer to design, develop, and maintain complex integration solutions using Apache Camel and Kafka. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in integration technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and implement scalable and secure integration solutions using Apache Camel and Kafka
2. Develop and maintain high-performance data pipelines for real-time data processing
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify integration requirements and design solutions
4. Lead and mentor junior developers in Camel and Kafka development
5. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues and performance bottlenecks
6. Develop and maintain technical documentation for integration solutions

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a passion for driving innovation in integration technologies.
Career Level - IC2
Technical Skills:
1. Apache Camel and Kafka expertise with strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns (EIPs)
2. Strong programming skills in Java, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot
3. Experience with messaging protocols like Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ActiveMQ
4. Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
5. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and file-based integrations (FTP, SFTP)
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience with Azure Services, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines
2. Knowledge of OAuth, security protocols, and industry trends
3. Experience in the insurance domain or similar industry
4. Certifications in Java, Spring, or Kafka are a plus
