Oracle (OCI) is seeking a versatile, solutions-driven Full-Stack Software Developer to support both our immediate operational needs and our long-term technical roadmap. This person will serve as a central technical resource – supporting key tools, improving workflow efficiency, building integrations, and reducing dependency on specialized, single-skill roles. The ideal candidate is excited to streamline processes, eliminate redundancies, and create a scalable development foundation that enables faster deliver and continuous growth.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $96,800 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Core Responsibilities
- Support development, configuration, enhancements, and troubleshooting for critical internal applications
- Reduce backlog, improving turnaround time on key requests.
- Deliver quick automation wins by providing mindful insights into where to focus development efforts.
- Centralize technical intake and support across the team to reduce fragmented processes.
- Build integrations across tools, systems, and data sources. (e.g., APIs, automation flows)
- Develop reusable development components that accelerate future delivery.
- Partner cross-functionally to support broader business operations efficiency and initiatives.
- Identify technical development opportunities to simplify, automate, and consolidation.
- Serve as the team’s central technical lead supporting multiple workstreams.
- Create scalable solutions that reduces reliance on multiple specialists.
- Lead ongoing system enhancements, optimizations, and additional automation efforts.
- Provide technical expertise for future tool evaluations, upgrades, and implementations.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience
- 5-7+ Years of development experience in one or more general purpose languages. (Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL)
- Hands-on experience with APIs, system integration, and workflow automation.
- Strong problem-solving and solution-design mindset.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, platforms, and technical environments.
- Experience working cross-functionally with business stakeholders.
- Excellent documentation, communications, and organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience with APEX a plus.
- Experience in data workflows, system administration, or process automation.
- Background supporting business operations, analytics, or enterprise systems.
