As a member of the Support organization, Make configuration changes in production and non-production environments for clients.
● Configure solution functionality and components in production and non-production environments
● Gather requirements and determine scope of work to appropriately estimate delivery effort and delivery time frames
● Analyze and modify configuration work plans
● troubleshoot and validate configurations to ensure successful implementation in client domains independently
● Evaluate the impact of changes within complex client environments and independently make recommendations in accordance with Cerner standards
● Evaluate integration points and cross-solution builds
● Apply change management processes throughout service request life cycle People
