Oracle is seeking a highly organized, cross-functional Release Manager for Oracle Modern Best Practices (OMBP) to lead the governance, update, and enterprise-wide rollout of Modern Best Practices each quarterly release (25A, 25B, etc.). This role ensures that OMBP remains the authoritative framework that unifies product, process, and customer value across Oracle’s SaaS portfolio.


The Release Manager owns the end-to-end maintenance cycle—coordinating with Product Management, Solution Engineering, Consulting, Customer Success, Marketing, and Support—to ensure
• New product innovation is accurately reflected in OMBP and cascaded to all internal and external stakeholder teams.
• New OMBPs are designed or existing OMBPs are retired based on product strategy, customer and partner feedback, sales insights

The Demo Services Modern Best Practice Program Office is responsible for the governance and quarterly release of assets that are used to design, build, sell, implement and optimize the use of Fusion Applications. A Release Manager is required to co-ordinate updates to the business processes each quarter and to ensure that these updates trigger the necessary actions across the SaaS ecosystem. Changes to introduce new capabilities such as AI have far reaching implications in the way we sell, educate, implement and optimize Fusion Applications.

1. Quarterly OMBP Release Management
• Lead the full quarterly update lifecycle for OMBP, ensuring alignment with Oracle’s SaaS release schedule.
• Coordinate the review ofall product area “What’s New” deliverables and cross-cloud innovations to identify required OMBP impacts.
• Participate in prioritization sessions with Product Managers and Demo Content Engineering teams
2. Content Governance & Quality
• Maintain the OMBP content structure, taxonomy, version control, and consistency across processes.
• Validate accuracy of process flows, value statements, feature descriptions, and innovation callouts.
3. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Alignment
• Drive coordinated communication of OMBP updates across Solution Engineering, Consulting, ACS, Customer Success, Sales, Demo Content Engineering, and Support.
• Ensure each stakeholder group understands impacts to demos, customer deliverables, enablement, and sales motions.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM teams to embed OMBP updates into narratives and corporate messaging.
4. Enablement & Adoption
• Coordinate the production of quarterly OMBP update briefs, learning content, and rollout kits for internal teams.
• Partner with Demo Content Engineering to ensure OMBP updates are reflected in demo scripts, assets, and processes.
5. Measurement & Continuous Improvement
• Track adoption metrics and usage of OMBP assets across product, field, and customer-facing teams.
• Identify friction points and opportunities to streamline governance processes.
• Maintain dashboards showing OMBP coverage, update velocity, completion status, and downstream enablement penetration.

Required Qualifications
• 5+ years in SaaS product management, release management, program management, or consulting.
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion Applications and at least one core end-to-end process (e.g., O2C, R2P, EPM, HCM lifecycle).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-organizational release activities.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, SE, Consulting, and CX/CS.
• Experience applying structured project management methodologies to plan, execute, and govern release activities across Oracle eco-system.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and orchestration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with Oracle Modern Best Practices.
• Familiarity with quarterly readiness cycles.
• Understanding of Redwood UX, generative AI capabilities in Fusion, and AI readiness documentation practices.
• Experience developing or managing demo assets, feature cards, process maps, or value narratives.
• Ability to translate technical features into clear business process impacts and customer value stories.
