We are looking for a Millennium Charge Services Analyst with 3–5 years of hands-on experience supporting charge capture and downstream revenue processes in the Oracle Health Millennium platform. You will configure charge components, troubleshoot billing discrepancies, support revenue optimization initiatives, and collaborate with IT and revenue cycle teams to ensure seamless end-to-end charge workflows.

You will interpret service requests, translate charge rules, validate data flows across applications, ensure compliance with billing standards, and address issues that may impact revenue or timely claim processing.

  • Configure and maintain Charge Services build, including:
    • Charge dictionaries (procedure/item mapping)
    • Charge triggers and event-based charge rules
    • Dept/Location/Encounter charge associations
    • Chargeable vs. non-chargeable event mapping
  • Investigate charge failures, routing gaps, incorrect item posting, and billing discrepancies; drive timely resolution.
  • Monitor downstream system impacts including Price File integration, Financial Interfaces, and Revenue Cycle workflows (e.g., Registration, Scheduling, Billing).
  • Perform build validation and regression testing during system upgrades, charge master updates, reimbursement changes, and new service implementations.
  • Analyze charging patterns using data/reporting tools (e.g., DA2, Lights On, Rev Cycle dashboards) and recommend improvements to reduce revenue leakage.
  • Maintain documentation covering build standards, governance requirements, troubleshooting guides, and routine operational procedures.
  • Support periodic charge audits, revenue integrity initiatives, and compliance-driven enhancements (e.g., pricing updates, modifier rules, payer billing policies).
  • Assist with go-live execution, financial approval validations, and post-implementation stabilizations for new workflows impacting charges.
