About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join our team in Casablanca, working onsite in our modern office five days a week. You’ll play a key role in guiding cross-functional teams to deliver world-class, intelligent solutions that delight our customers. NetSuite is significantly investing in GenAI and AI-powered capabilities, and this position will help drive intelligence and automation across our products.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineering, UX, and product teams to define and deliver innovative, intelligent solutions using design thinking, agile processes and AI tools.
- Lead through influence: foster team collaboration and shared ownership for delivering product goals.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and the competitive landscape and offerings.
- Translate complex customer needs and business objectives into requirements, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize the product backlog by using data and sound judgment to make strategic tradeoffs.
- Communicate product vision, plans, and status updates clearly and effectively.
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, Professional Services and Support to successfully rollout our products and ensure a great end-to-end customer experience.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, including working closely with engineering teams using agile/scrum
- methodology.
- Self-motivated with proven ability to build and lead teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority in a global, cross-functional setting.
- Excellent (English) communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate and document product requirements.
- Ability to gather complex customer requirements and translate requirements into a detailed plan for execution.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities; experience using data to inform priorities.
- Experience delivering SaaS software products in ERP, Accounting, or CX is preferred.
- Good knowledge of and experience with GenAI, Agents or AI-related projects is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree required; background in business or technical fields preferred. MBA a plus
