The role supports the organization’s HQMS by implementing and maintaining compliant documentation, quality, and content management processes. The position collaborates cross-functionally with Quality, Operations, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure controlled documentation is created, maintained, and approved in accordance with established quality standards and procedures. Responsibilities include supporting document control activities, monitoring adherence to HQMS requirements, tracking key performance indicators, supporting audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives, and driving the implementation of standardized processes. The role requires strong attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a regulated environment.

Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
