Program Duration: This internship is a 12-month program starting 1 April 2026.
Eligibility: This internship is open to graduates who have not previously participated in an internship or held a permanent role for over 12 months.

About the Role
As a Consulting Intern in OFSS, you will support the team with technical analysis, solution preparation, and product behaviour validation across FLEXCUBE and related banking modules. This role is ideal for a technically strong graduate who wants to learn how core banking systems are configured, tested, and positioned for customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with analysing and validating FLEXCUBE module behaviour (CASA, Payments, Loans, Customer, etc.).
- Support consultants by simulating test scenarios, reviewing logs, and documenting issues or expected behaviour.
- Help with basic configuration tasks, environment checks, and version comparison under guidance.
- Contribute to technical inputs for proposals, demos, and solution documents.
- Assist in reviewing interface mappings and understanding integrations (ATM/POS, clearing systems, payment gateways).
- Capture notes and support documentation during customer workshops, requirement sessions, and UAT activities.
- Participate in OFSS/FLEXCUBE training to build product and banking process knowledge.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, BCom Informatics, Engineering, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with structured technical processes, system behaviour, and troubleshooting.
- Interest in core banking systems, enterprise software, and financial services technology.
Nice to Have
- Basic exposure to SQL / PL/SQL, APIs, or integration concepts.
- University projects involving systems analysis, workflows, or testing.
